1955 Chevy Bel Air Resto Mod - Beautiful frame-off southwest Texas car ready to show.  This car was built by a retired body shop owner who now restores one 1955 Chevy per year -- this is his 2006 car!!! It has an absolutely lazer straight extremely solid body, floors, trunk and frame. The bc/cc two-tone paint is flawless and show quality. All the chrome-trim and weatherstripping are new, as well as all of the glass. Absolutely breathtaking!!!  All new custom leather interior boasts power seats and custom console w/Autometer gauges. The door panels and headliner sports the bowtie logo and the dash and instrument cluster are all new and fully functional. It also has a flaming river tilt steering column. The engine is a strong running GM performance 383 c.i. / 425 h.p. w/aluminum heads. The crisp shifting trans is a 700 R4 automatic overdrive and the rear is a 83/4-big-10 bolt posi w/3:73 gears. Tubular control arms, 605 power steering, disc brakes, Vintage heat and air conditioning, 17" Boyd Coddington smoothie wheels w/red scorcher tires, the list goes on and on. This is an absolute Show Car. It has gorgeous paint and has a dead-nuts straight body. It runs and drives as nice as it looks and will absolutely not disappoint even the worst critics or show judges. You will be hard pressed to find another ‘55 Chevy this nice, especially at this more then fair “you can't even begin to build it for that" price!!!

Universal Auto Sales and Classic Cars, Inc., Baltimore Maryland's exclusive Muscle Car dealership, strives to be as accurate and honest as possible in disclosing as much correct information about any of our listed vehicles. Our information not only comes from the previous owner but from our own professional observations. We want you to be happy with your decision in purchasing a vehicle from us and to feel comfortable that your decision was the right one for you. You must recognize that we are dealing with vehicles that are 30+ years old; that they probably had more than one owner; and that they were restored to that previous owner’s specs and not yours. Therefore, Universal Auto Sales and Classic Cars, Inc. will not be held responsible for any false facts that we were provided and that is listed about any vehicle. We do not guarantee and will not warranty any vehicle, its equipment or options. All problems or concerns must be addressed prior to the completion of sale. All sales are final. To protect yourself you should come to our showroom and check the car out thoroughly for yourself. If that is not possible you should hire an outside inspection/appraisal company to check it out for you. We have a three bay repair/restoration shop on the premises equipped with lifts and tools that are available to you if needed. We can help in the arrangements with travel and inspections as well. The owners/employees at Universal are first and foremost enthusiasts about this hobby/sport. We understand your concerns and want to be as honest and helpful as possible in your decision in buying one of our vehicles. Thank you.
